UI/UX Design

Interfaces designed to make sense.

Cybroof Studio turns user needs and business requirements into clear digital interfaces, the kind people understand without a manual.

Introduction

UI/UX is about decisions, not decoration.

Every screen is a set of decisions: what people see first, what they can do next, and what happens when something goes wrong. Good design makes those decisions feel obvious.

That is why our design work starts with users and flows, not with colors. The visual layer matters, but it is the last layer, built on top of structure that already makes sense.

Our design approach

Understand, structure, then design.

  1. Understand

Who uses the product, what they are trying to do, and what the business needs them to do.

  2. Structure

Information architecture and flows: the order things happen in, before how they look.

  3. Explore

Multiple directions sketched and compared, so decisions are made with options on the table.

  4. Design

The interface itself: screens, components, states, and the details people touch every day.

  5. Refine

Prototypes, feedback, and adjustment improve the design until it feels inevitable.

What we design

Whatever your users touch.

Websites, applications, dashboards, and tools: the medium changes, the discipline stays the same.

From structure to interface

Every polished screen started as a chain of decisions.

The design journey

From needs to final interface.

  1. 01

    User needs

What people are trying to accomplish, in their own words.

  2. 02

    Information architecture

Content and features organized the way users expect to find them.

  3. 03

    User flows

The paths through the product mapped before any pixels are drawn.

  4. 04

    Wireframes

Structure made visible: layout and hierarchy without decoration.

  5. 05

    UI design

The visual layer: type, color, spacing, and components working together.

  6. 06

    Prototype

Clickable, testable screens that behave like the real product.

  7. 07

    Final interface

A complete, consistent design ready for development.

Design systems

Consistency is designed, not hoped for.

A design system is how a product stays coherent as it grows, with rules and components instead of one-off screens.

The practical payoff: faster development, fewer inconsistencies, and interfaces that feel intentional everywhere.

Typography & spacing

A consistent scale, so every screen feels like part of the same product.

Components & patterns

Buttons, forms, tables, and cards designed once and used everywhere, consistently.

Color & themes

A deliberate palette with clear meaning: actions look like actions, errors look like errors.

States & feedback

Hover, loading, empty, and error states are designed, not discovered by users.

Responsive behavior

Rules for how each component adapts, so mobile and desktop feel equally considered.

Designed for real use

Interfaces that survive contact with reality.

Usability first

Interfaces are designed around tasks and tested in practice, not around what looks good in a showcase.

Responsive by default

Every screen is considered on phone, tablet, and desktop, not as an afterthought.

Accessible design

Contrast, focus, and screen-reader-friendly structure are part of the design, not a patch.

Clarity over cleverness

The interface explains itself. Users should not need a manual to find a button.

Developer handoff

Designs arrive with components, specs, and states defined, so what is designed is what gets built.

Why Cybroof

Design that answers to business and users.

Business requirements in the room

Design decisions are tied to what the business needs the interface to accomplish.

User needs, taken seriously

We design for the people who will use the product daily, not for portfolio screenshots.

Design and development together

Our designers and developers work as one team, so feasibility is never a surprise.

Systems, not one-off screens

You get a coherent design system that keeps future screens consistent and faster to build.

Questions

Common questions.

Do you only do design, or do you build as well?

Both, usually together. We design products we can build ourselves, which keeps the design honest and the result close to what was signed off.

Can you redesign an existing product?

Yes. We start by identifying what is actually causing friction, such as structure, copy, or visuals, and redesign the parts that need it, not everything by default.

What do we receive at the end of a design project?

A complete, developer-ready design: screens, components, states, and the underlying system, organized so the build can start immediately.

How much research is involved?

Enough to make good decisions. For most projects that means understanding your users’ goals and your business requirements through structured conversations, scaled to the size of the project.

Do you work with our existing developers?

Yes. Designs are documented for handoff, and we are available during implementation to answer questions and adjust details.

Let’s design it

Have a product that needs to make sense?

Tell us who uses it and what they need to do. We will design an interface around them.
